  • Note that the values are not properly displayed by the Unreal Engine (It’s an Engine problem)
  • Simply change the values you need to suit your time scale.

Basically what we are doing is using a texture with three Clock hands, [one in each channel (r,g,b)], and rotating them over time. The values used in the image are pretty close to real time
